An opportunity has become available within Teesside University to join a School administrative team. The team provides support to academic staff and students in a diverse image of areas including criminology, education, law, policing and investigation, psychology, sociology and social knead. This accompaniment requires attachment to University and external professional standards that govern how work is completed.
To work as part of an administrative team providing a professional and customer focussed administrative service.
The priorities of this post may change from year to year and may focus on specific responsibilities for defined periods from time to fourth dimension depending on the School objectives.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate :
• Administrative experience : Proven ability of working in a professional, busy and changing function environment.
• IT Skills : ability to input promptly and accurately into multiple systems such as the University ’ second management information system ( SITS ) and spreadsheets.
• Communication/Interpersonal Skills : respond to enquiries in a seasonably and effective manner through face to expression, telephone and electronic mail.
• Planning & Organising : Take possession for a variety show of processes by efficaciously plan, prioritising and monitoring multiple activities with administrative team members.
