Covenants do not really have an impact on the value of talents. While certain Covenants may increase the value of “worse” talents, it is not by enough to shift the priority of what you’ll pick, so all it really changes is niche scenarios and the gap between talents.

Best Talent Builds for Feral Druids
The standard build: anyone who plays feral should be familiar with this.
- Tier 15 – Despite Sabertooth’s nerfs, it’s still likely to show up as the best talent in the row for raiding.
- Tier 25 – I prefer Wild Charge in this row, but any of these 3 talents are playable.
- Tier 30 – Again this row is PRIMARILY utility and any of them can work, but Balance Affinity’s range increase is almost always the most useful choice.
- Tier 35 – Another utility row. Any of these options work.
- Tier 40 – With the Berserk change, Incarnation has fallen even further out of favor, and while Savage Roar may be a solid choice for AoE, for raiding Soul of the Forest reigns supreme.
- Tier 45 – This row really only has two usable talents. On most fights you’ll take Brutal Slash as it’s the only talent in the row that has any single target value. On fights with multiple targets, choose Primal Wrath.
- Tier 50 – Bloodtalons has changed, but it’s still the best option here. There is a chance with how short fights are sometimes that Feral Frenzy might be a good alternative.
- Tier 15 – Predator’s remains supreme when you can get repeated resets. In some dungeons with heavy single target focus, Sabertooth might be an option, but Predator should be your default.
- Tier 25 – I prefer Wild Charge in this row, but any of these 3 talents are playable.

Feral Druid Talent Overview
Tier 1 (Level 15) Talents for Feral Druid
- Predator – When a target with one of your bleeds dies, it resets the cooldown of Tiger’s Fury. This talent also increases the duration of Tiger’s Fury by 5 seconds. This talent is recommended for encounters when mobs die frequently, thus giving frequent resets. Examples include Dungeons and Raid encounters with many low-health trash mobs.
- Sabertooth – Ferocious Bite now deals 20% increased damage and increases the duration of Rip by 1 sec per Combo Point when cast.
- Lunar Inspiration – You can now cast a special version of Moonfire. Applies a DoT and generates a Combo Point. Does not scale with Mastery.
