Payment Policy

Bookstore Online Web orders accept payment in the keep up ways :

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Sponsored Account – If you are a sponsored student, we must receive notification of your sponsorship before you can charge your books and supplies. We highly recommend that you check with your Lethbridge College sponsor specialist before purchasing textbooks and materials.
• Please be aware that student loans are not sponsorships and that they are handled differently – for example, books and supplies cannot be charged to student loans while they may be a part of a sponsorship agreement.

Shipping Policies

Lethbridge College Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive embark rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in path via FedEx.

On average, your order will be processed in 2-3 work days. During August & September angstrom well as December, delivery meter may take longer.
For students who need to have orders shipped to a PO Box, Apartment, or RR address, web services will use Canada Post for shipping. Should you wish to not have Canada Post used please provide alternate street address that FedEx can deliver to.

Student Parking Passes:

Student Parking Passes will NOT be shipped, all passes will be held for pick-up at Lethbridge College Bookstore. Parking Passes are eligible for refund until the ADD/ DROP date. Please contact Web Services ( 403 ) 320 – 3278 or 1-855-412-3497 between 10 ante meridiem & 2 post meridiem weekdays should you have questions.

For International Online Orders:

International orders must be paid in canadian Dollars, and will be charged allow embark & cover fees. Duties & taxes, arsenic well as any other charges beyond our control may be assessed in the address country, and are the responsibility of the recipient role. Delivery quotes of 10 to 14 business days for International Online Orders are an estimate and do not include possible delays for customs .

Online Store Return Policy

Please Note : This part of the Return Policy applies alone to items purchased from our Lethbridge College Bookstore Online Store .
No Refunds or Exchanges on:

• Coursepacks re non-refundable even if the course is dropped. A coursepack may be exchanged if Lethbridge College Bookstore staff are satisfied that the coursepack was incorrectly purchased for the wrong course.
• Shrink-wrapped textbooks or books containing CD’s or software are non-returnable if opened.
  ( This policy has been set by the publishers, and must be adhered to by the Bookstore. )

• Special Orders.
• Sale or discounted items, or any items marked “final sale”.
• Calculators, and electronic goods if the packaging has been opened or tampered with in any way.
• Medical instruments, garments or supplies, dissecting kits, lab coats, safety goggles, ear buds, cannot be returned because of health regulations.
• MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!!

General Return Policy:

• Course Materials (textbooks & coursepack) purchased more then 45 days prior to the start date of a Semester or before the posting of the current booklist is considered final sale. Exact dates will be posted in the store and on the Bookstore website.
• Return request made before the extended drop date deadline ( please see College Calendar for dates) will be returned in accordance with the conditions listed below, customers will be responsible for return shipping. Purchases made after the extended drop date ( please see College Calendar for dates) are NOT RETURNABLE.
• Customers are held responsible for checking the condition of their books and merchandise at the time of purchase. Lethbridge College Bookstore is not responsible for the condition of merchandise once it has left the Bookstore.
• All returns are at the discretion of the Bookstore personnel.
• All returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.

Conditions of Return:
Change your mind … ..

• If you decide, upon receiving shipped purchases, that you do not wish to keep them, Lethbridge College Bookstore will refund the original purchase price,
  ( minus shipping and handling)  provided that the goods are returned in unopened mint condition.
• You must quote your original Order Number & Return Authorization number.
• Textbooks returns are accepted based on the standards set by the publishers. Publishers will not accept textbooks with even the slightest blemish or damage. The means NO refunds or exchanges on textbooks if they are: marked, bent, torn or if the spine is cracked. It must be returned in MINT condition, in its original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be approved if shrink wrap is removed, or accompanying materials are missing.
• College Gear clothing must be unworn with all original price tags attached.
• All refunds will be processed back to the tender, with which it was purchased with.
• If you wish to exchange the items, Lethbridge College Bookstore will provide the exchanged items and charge the difference in price and the additional shipping charges.

• In order to return or exchange items you must first contact Lethbridge College Bookstore. Please direct your questions or concerns to our customer service department:

• Lethbridge College Bookstore tries to ensure that every shipment sent to our customers is correct, however, there may be occasions when the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. In these cases Lethbridge College Bookstore will refund the cost of the original item back to the credit card used to originally pay for the order and pay for the return shipping. Refunds to your credit card will take place only when the Bookstore receives the returned goods at our store.

How to return via mail:

• 1. Package your return items securely.
• 2.

  Please include a copy of your confirmation email, and return
  authorization number. Refunds may be delayed if the return cannot be
  identified.

• 3.

  Return transportation is at your expense. The bookshop is not responsible or liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item ( mho ).

  Retain your
  tracking information until your refund is issued.

Defective Merchandise:
With the exception of sale merchandise, which is non-returnable, all defective merchandise will be replaced if the item is returned within ten business days from buy. If the Bookstore does not have breed of an item, and can not replace the item within a reasonable total of time, a wax refund will be issued in the form of an in store Lethbridge College Bookstore endowment card .

Exceptions to the online policy:
Exceptions to the Return & Exchange policy are any items marked Final Sale on our web site, these item are not eligible for refund or commute under any circumstance.

Please Note: Orders not picked up before
one month prior the last day of the semester will be donated to the LCSA foodbank.
