Google Permission Slip
Most families have previously completed a permission slip, but Google has changed some terms of avail on our Google Accounts and Tools that immediately require Stockton Unified to obtain newly written permission from parents and guardians. These accounts are used day by day by students to log into their Chromebooks and access their knead in Google Classroom and in our curricular programs.

The fresh license slip will be completed on-line. Parents and guardians that have an electronic mail address in Synergy will receive an electronic mail on Friday to their personal electronic mail addresses. The form will be pre-populated with the student ’ sulfur name and information requiring only a review of the document and a signature from the scholar and rear or defender.

For those families without an electronic mail address in Synergy, blank forms will be distributed. Parents and guardians will need to complete the contact/demographic information for their students, review the document, have both student and parent or defender sign the form, and submit it electronically.
