good memory. It was black Friday so the lines were a lot much longer than normal. however, the lines were kept in an neat fashion making the wait bearable.

Always have a well experience at Kohls but today the asian dame they had greeting and welcoming customers gave a vibration that was n’t besides welcoming. I dont want to judge this Kohls base off of this one experience but possibly they should n’t have people that do n’t like their jobs, greeting clients. After all, she is the one that sets the shade for the client ‘s have at the store.

Huge free parking fortune. Lots of big sales. Lines can get hanker at times but seems to move relatively promptly. friendly cashiers.

terribly experience. It ‘s very obvious to me that Kohls does n’t want my business. I ordered something on-line and waited about an hour in the shop only to have them tell me to look up the item on my own and bring it to the on-line choice up teller for her tell me that they could n’t sell an item to me because it ‘s not in the arrangement. They had to manually process the order to sell the detail to me. At this point I was sent dwelling without my token. Asked for the director and the order miraculously showed up at that here and now and had me expect again. All together 1.5 hour wait. Discount ? Yes. Customer Service ? not existing. Kohls ? Hell no ! Manager Shivana and Lydia, the cashier at the pick up cashier canot care less.

Kohls is my shop. The lines move fast.
The prices are right, the staff is bang-up.
I peculiarly love the Assistant Manager,
Melissa McKenzie, she is one particular
lady, in additon to the Manager. I have
had nothing but a blasted experience
at Kohls.
They even give back to the residential district
in most gracious ways ! ! !

A department shop where you can buy all kind of clothes for summer and winter, kitchen, bedroom article need it for the home, we like to go there when they have sale. The service is all right. When we want to shoes in the basement they never have our size, so we do not go there that frequently.
