official Contest Rules for Kent Homes

1. Contest Offer

• Contest A: 1 Grand Prize of 2,500 AIR MILES Reward Miles will be awarded on September 21, 2019.
• Entries can be made by visiting an open house at any participating Kent Home retailer location on September 21, 2019 and sitting down for a home installation consultation with a Kent Home expert.
• Name(s) will be drawn to determine the winner of Contest A on Monday September 23, 2019
• Contest B: 1 Grand Prize of 25,000 AIR MILES Reward Miles starting September 21, 2019 until December 21, 2019 (the “Contest Period”).
• Entries can be made by placing an order for a new home installation during the Contest Period.
• Name(s) will be drawn to determine the winner of Contest B on Monday January 6, 2020.

2. Eligibility

• To enter and to be eligible to win a Prize you must be a legal resident of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island or Ontario (a “Participating Province”) who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You are not eligible to enter if you are, reside with (whether or not related), or are an immediate family member of, an employee, director, officer, or retiree of LoyaltyOne, Co., RMG Loyalty, or Kent Homes. For the purpose of these contest rules, “immediate family member” means spouse, parent, child, or sibling.

3. How to Enter

• Contest A is open to all individuals who visit an open house at any participating Kent Home retailer location on September 21, 2019 and sit down for a home installation consultation with one of our experts.
• To be entered in the prize draw, eligible entrants must fill out a ballot at the end of the consultation.
• If the information on the ballot is inaccurate, the ballot will be void.
• Limit of one (1) entry per Collector Number.
• Contest B is open to all customers who place an order for a new home installation between September 21 and December 21, 2019.
• To be entered into the prize draw, eligible entrants must fill out a ballot when placing an order for a new home installation with a certified Kent Homes retailer. For the purpose of Contest B, a “new home installation” means a firm new home installation order placed with a certified Kent Homes retailer having a pre-tax value of not less than $100,000.
• If the information on the ballot is inaccurate, the ballot will be void.
• Limit of one (1) entry per Collector Number.

4. No Purchase Necessary
To enter without any purchase, eligible entrants may bridge player print their name, address, electronic mail address, postal code, and call count on a apparent 3 ” x 5 ” man of paper and sign it. 5. Prize Description

• Contest A Prize: One (1) prize of 2,500 AIR MILES Reward Miles.
• Contest B Prize: One (1) prize of 25,000 AIR MILES Reward Miles.
• Prize(s) will be provided via electronic transfer to winner’s AIR MILES Collector Account. To ensure that the winner receives the Prize in his or her Collector Account, winner should ensure his or her balance preference (AIR MILES Cash or AIR MILES Dream balance) are set as desired prior to the Prize being posted in his/her Collector Account.
• The approximate retail value of AIR MILES Reward Miles depends on the chosen method of use, available reward options at the time of use, and the set preference between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream Account balances. If used with AIR MILES Cash, 95 Cash Miles can be used in-store for $10 towards purchases at participating AIR MILES Partners or 95 Cash Miles can be used online for eVouchers for $10 worth of value at participating Reward Partners. If used for flights (1,200 Dream Miles minimum required for flight use), value depends on destination chosen, date of travel and use of multiple carriers or suppliers. For example, one return economy flight from Toronto, Ontario to Winnipeg, Manitoba is 2,000 Dream Miles and has an approximate value of $525.00 (Canadian) excluding taxes. Winner must pay applicable taxes, related transportation fees, governmental levies, excess baggage and other non-ticket costs. The value of Dream Miles used for non-flight reward options depends on reward options in effect at the time of use. Miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. Miles Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. Kent Homes reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, including cash. To ensure that winners receive their Prize in their preferred balance, each winner should ensure his/her balance preferences (Cash Account balance and Dream Account balance) are set as desired prior to the Prize being posted in his/her Collector Account.

6. Prize Drawing

• Winner(s) with be randomly selected via a draw from all eligible entries within the applicable Contest Period.
• The draw for Contest A with take place at Kent Homes in Bouctouche, NB on Monday September 23, 2019.
• The draw for Contest B with take place at Kent Homes in Bouctouche, NB on Monday January 6, 2020.
• Winner(s) will be contacted by email and/or phone at least five (5) times within five (5) days of the draw. If the selected winner cannot be contacted at that time, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified, forfeit the prize, and will have no recourse towards LoyaltyOne, Co., RMG Loyalty or Kent Homes or anyone involved in the contest.
• In case of a dispute concerning the identity of the individual, the entrant will be deemed to be the account holder of the AIR MILES® account under which the entry was submitted.
• In order to be declared the winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical, skill-testing question and he or she will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing LoyaltyOne, Co., RMG Loyalty and Kent Homes from all liability relating to the contest. No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have ten (10) days from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to Kent Homes. If the selected entrant does not do so within this period of time, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified, forfeit the prize, and will have no recourse towards LoyaltyOne, Co., RMG Loyalty or Kent Homes or anyone involved in the contest.

7. Condition of Participation

submission of an entrance constitutes acceptance of these contest rules by entrant. LoyaltyOne, Co., RMG Loyalty and Kent Homes do not accept province for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from this contest or the prizes. The choice winner ( s ) agrees by accepting the prize to release LoyaltyOne, Co., RMG Loyalty and Kent Homes from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a resultant role of the carrying out of the contest, including liability arising from the toleration of the respect ( mho ) as awarded and confirming submission with contest rules. By entering the contest, entrants accept to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or double for promotion purposes and in all mediums utilized by LoyaltyOne, Co., RMG Loyalty and Kent Homes without compensation or comment and the winner grants to LoyaltyOne, Co., RMG Loyalty and Kent Homes any and all rights to said use and waives all moral rights therein .
8. Chances of Winning

9. Ownership of the Contest

The contest is managed by Kent Homes. LoyaltyOne, Co. and RMG Loyalty are in no direction connected to the management of this contest .
10. Enrollment in the AIR MILES Reward Program
If an entrant is not an air out MILES Collector, he/she may enroll in the AIR MILES Reward Program by visiting airmiles.ca. By enrolling to become an air MILES Collector you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time.
